Ο Ανδρέας Παπαδάκης ξεκινάει την δραστηριότητα του στις ασφαλίσεις. Σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα προσελκύει στο χώρο των χρηματοοικονομικών και ασφαλίσεων, τα παιδιά του, Κωνσταντίνο και Γιώργο Παπαδάκη.
Οι Κωνσταντίνος και Γιώργος Παπαδάκης ιδρύουν την σημερινή μορφή της εταιρείας και ενώνουν την ασφαλιστική τους δράση που είχαν ο καθένας στον Τραπεζικό και Ασφαλιστικό χώρο τις προηγούμενες δεκαετίες. Η εταιρεία λειτουργεί σε δύο ιδιόκτητα γραφεία, στην οδό Ιωάννη Τσιμισκή στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης και την οδό Ναυάρχου Κουντουριώτου στην περιοχή του Λιμανιού της Θεσσαλονίκης.
Ξεκινάει την λειτουργία του το υποκατάστημα στην Αθήνα, στην οδό Μιχαλακοπούλου, για να εξυπηρετήσει τις ανάγκες του επιχειρηματικού πελατολογίου της Αττικής και Νότιας Ελλάδος.
